HVAC Invoice Pro

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

HVAC Invoice Pro (the "app") is made by HVAC Invoice Pro ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to the information you put in the app.

Information you enter stays with you

You may enter your company details, customer names and addresses, job details, estimates, invoices, payments, photos and signatures. This information is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud account. We do not run servers for the app, we do not receive a copy of this information, and we cannot see it. The only exception is the optional email sign-up described below.

iCloud sync. If you are signed in to iCloud, the app keeps your information in sync between your own devices using your private iCloud database at Apple. Only you can read it; we cannot see or access it. You can turn sync off on any device in the app's Settings › iCloud. Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy apply to data stored in iCloud.

Other than iCloud sync, your information leaves your device only when you choose to send it, for example when you email or text a PDF, share it with another app, export a backup or CSV file, or print. Those apps and services handle the information under their own privacy policies.

Training, tips and product update emails (optional)

If you turn on "Email me training, tips, support and product updates" (during setup or in Settings), the app sends your email address, your name and your company name to our email service provider, our email service provider, so we can send you training, tips, support information and product updates. We use this information only for those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, and you can ask us to delete it by writing to info@hvacinvoicepro.com. This is the only information the app ever sends to us, and only if you turn it on.

What we do not collect

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether your subscription is active. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Camera, photos and Face ID

The app asks for the camera only when you tap Take photo to photograph a job site. You can also add job photos and your company logo from your photo library through Apple's photo picker, which gives the app only the pictures you choose; the app never has access to the rest of your library. Face ID or Touch ID is used only if you turn on the app lock. Photos and your logo are stored on your device and in your private iCloud. Face ID and Touch ID data never leave Apple's secure system, and the app never sees them.

Children

The app is a business tool for contractors and is not directed at children under 13.

Deleting your information

Delete documents or customers in the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored on that device. To remove synced data from iCloud, delete the app's data in your device's iCloud settings. Backups you exported are under your control. To have your email removed from our mailing list, unsubscribe or write to us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
